What’s the point right? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Well, to me these metals are just a snapshot in history of my body’s progression.

It’s a reminder of breathing, moving, LIVING.

This is my first year running and I intend on running for another 40 years ☺️

Grateful that this sport found me and this message reminds me to ALWAYS keep God first in everything I do.

Had to get a run in tho.
New kicks 😎 Ghost 13s
Garmin died premature 😩
Apple fitness with the backup.

Working on midsole run form today.
2 miles on the tread-monster 👟
It definitely helps to get a good look at foot strike & hips.

Knee is feeling better. 🙌🏽
Taking things easy and slow.
Everyday, I learn something new.

Today I ran a good distance since my injury.
5 miles 🙌🏽
I put zero pressure on me.

I stopped for pics. 📸
Enjoyed the fall foliage & just took it easy.
My body is responding to my workouts and my routines.

While my buddies are running the NYC marathon, I am feeling all the feel-good vibes of this time of year. #gratitude 🙏🏽

My IT band did start to ache right at the end (I should have only ran 4 😑 but you know how we do… I just need to get to (fill in the blank).

I also believe my new shoes Brooks Ghost 13 helped with the 12 inch drop 💪🏾 & my compression socks keep me sassy 😗

Im learning how to run more mid-foot, but I also go back and forth with my old run form, so I won’t change it up too fast, and cause more injuries.

I’m getting my mojo back y’all! 😊🏃🏽‍♀️👏🏽😎
